I recently upgraded to the latest version and after installing various packs using the Smart Gallery, various clothing items from the Essential Clothing or Professional Clothing pack, fail to load.  Strangely, it's not ALL clothing, but mostly pants related items.  Is there a step I missed when installing these new items?  It loads the item to about 28% and then I get the following:

75% of original size (was 667x19) - Click to enlargehttps://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/0dd3bf77-4a58-4b1b-b53e-b3fc.png

I just tried with the same shorts you have selected. It works fine. I'd say uninstall and reinstall and test again. If that doesn't work try the old fashion content downloader.

Another issue I've come across is that it could be a bad CC3 install. You may have to uninstall and reinstall CC. (This has happened to a friend, but he was getting trial on some content that he owned, not failing to load)

So I got it to work by uninstalling the package, re-installing it, closing CC3, and then re-opening.
A fresh CC3 re-install may not be a bad idea though if it continues to happen.
