Help! When I import my character into unreal fron cc3  Does it come with blend shapes for lip synchronization automatically in ureal. Or do I have to do something else to get this. Thanks

Hi, you need to setup everything else inside Unreal.

Good news, there are tons of video tutorials for things like animation blueprints, blendspace, and character blueprints in general. It may sound a little overwhelming at first but how to's should help to guide you. Specifically for setting morph targets can be made via the character Mesh, and then calling nodes for setting morph targets per their names. However, lipsync is kind of advanced, perhaps there is a video on that too, or perhaps something on the Unreal Market. Yet, with iClone LiveLink and 3rd party face motion capture software you can sync live content, and record it.
