When clicking the Track List the menu doesn't open completely. You have to click on Project to get it to open all the way and then reselect the project again to select it. This happens no matter if Project is open already or not.

I can't reproduce this in my Windows version so it may be a Mac specific issue. We will take a look to see if there is a defect.
