It would be nice to be able to open project files in either of the 2 Apps, but I can see that trying to open iClone projects in CC could cause issues due to the inclusion of animation, audio, render ranges etc. that aren't required or implemented in CC.

You can't export a project/scene from CC to iClone. However if you save the scene in CC as a custom project this can be opened in iClone after a small workaround. :Whistling:

In Windows explorer go to the CC Custom Project where your new project is saved, select the file and copy it. Next navigate to your iClone Custom Project folder and paste the CC file. Finally rename the file by changing the extension from .ccProject to .iProject. After that you can open the Project in iClone. :)

I used a preset in CC3 to setup a scene with IBL lights, Character Pose, and Facial Expression.  Can I move the entire scene from CC3 to iClone for futher adjustments? or does CC3 only export characters?  Thank you.
