Hi, Testing UE4.25.1 with iclone7(trial) via livelink. here is problems. i just export sample project(livelink nick) to ue4 and i have some problems with shaders, lighting and smooting groups on face. livelink workking fine in the video as you can see. i'm newbie on this and this is first try. hq shaders selected too.. https://youtu.be/FazE20G6kDgNeed advice. Hi Sertac ,
I am a big fan of your work with UE4 :-)
As I can see your shaders are not cleaned up ,select the Character in the content menu and then tick the CC Setup above in the menu , let Setup do its work....does it help?
If not , maybe the trail version is out of date.
I get good results here with the CC Shaders :
If you have any problems with the Trial Version , let me know , I will forward it to the Reallusion Team.

hi, thx mate. yes I tried cc setup (before and after importing) but there is no difference. (hq to standard) i guess problem is trial.

Thx and advance. What is your UE quality setting, and what LOD is the character mesh? How does the character look after you recompile the mesh lod (a setting available on the mesh panel - when viewing the character mesh, under the LOD settings)?

Hey Sertac , don't select the Character in the Viewport , you have to select the Character in the Content/RLContent/Nick Folder (pink line) and then tick CC_Setup above...

Hi @sertac.tasdemir
Would you let us know if the character is FBX imported, or sent over by iClone? Tech team suggested us to do the following test:
Test 1: Export to FBX and then import it to UE4. (Don't send via iClone) Test 2: If this works fine, then test it if UE4 4.24 is OK.
It can have something to do with our trial version, or with UE4 version.
