Through support I opened a case (ticket) asking for a refund during the return period and all I’m getting is one response a day saying please don’t go for refund, consider trying to solve your issues by doing this and that which I already tried and I’m stating that I just need the refund, thanks!
Then I got a response today saying before you decide, try these solutions for your problem and they aren’t actually solutions (just a manual) and then “ Otherwise, please go ahead with the refund.“
But HOW?????
Isn’t it through issuing a customer support ticket? Which is what I’m doing...
