You can easily change the color of the skin in a wide variety of ways (and some other racial skins are provided). For the look of features I would highly recommend buying Headshot, which gives you enough morphs to do everything you could ever want to do (and you can use some photos of whatever race you'd like to create your own heads/morphs).

Yes, I already have headshot but the process of uploading new pictures for each character i want then having to tweak them accordingly seems a little bit more laborious than necessary.
I was just a little surprised that there was no control in the CC3 GUI to change racial features organically. The race sliders on the Makehuman GUI are way better for this yet that is opensource.

Well, you can easily create your own if that's what you want. Given that racial characteristics are SO variable (there are some black women, for example, that differ from white women ONLY in the color of their skin) it would be difficult to have a "Make Asian" button. But feel free to give it your best shot.

Well, there is an "Asian" button (sort of) and so is African, European, Native American and Aboriginal. It is very minor in Face section of the Headshot sliders and relate to common face bones structure for specific race. Some also have nose slider related to a race. It is not going to give an instance transformation, but it's probably a good start.

MH doesnt have a 'make asian' button either per sae, but what it does have is a group of caucasian, african and asian sliders respectively that give the avatar more pronounced facial characteristics and skin tones depending on which you move across. I dont have the coding skills necessary to make such a mod for CC3 but if something like this could be included in a future iteration it would make the GUI a hell of a lot more intuitive IMHO.
