I don't think I understand the workflow from Character Creator to iClone. Here is a character from the store with some of the Assassin Clothes. The cape sways nicely, but the layers of clothing intersect. How can I fix this. Also the texture on the cape border flickers like made. Someday I hope to render something that looks like a cute cartoon in iClone. But I'm not sure how to get there. If anyone can help me. I would greatly appreciate it.

It seems like there are no answers to my questions. Maybe I just can't do a reasonable animation with iclone. It's a bummer to find this out after I just spent $600 on content. :-(. But hey, there are much more important and tragic things going on in the world.

Paris, Have you had a chance to explore the video tutorials? If you look in the HELP menu at the top of your menu bar you'll find video tuts AND the online manual link. I think the problems you are experiencing have to do with 'hiding mesh layers'. I'm no guru at iClone animations but I'm learning (I think). I hope this gives you a good place to start researching and learning iClone.

I assume you have run the Soft Cloth physics in By Frame mode and enabled Bake Animation for the Soft Cloth? After it is baked you would disable Soft Cloth for the clothing and play back at normal speed. It is good to check the manual: https://manual.reallusion.com/iClone_7/ENU/Content/iClone_7/Pro_7.4/20_Physics/The_Basics_of_Soft_Body_Simulation.htm and take it slowly. Cloth physics are complicated and it takes time and patience to get it right.

I have done many hours of tutorials. I will read the manual as animagic suggests.
