I got a dozen avatars to work on from another designer. Some were ready to work on. Some needed me to "Buy Now" and get the needed elements. And two of these wouldn't allow me to access Backstage to get the needed elements. Error message "Failed to add selected item(s) to your cart. I even tried another computer - dame result. Please contact Reallusion tech support". Still waiting so thought I'd ask here. What's the problem?
