Hi, is there a way to create a custom 360 head from scratch in Cartoon Animator 4?  I have created a head in photoshop and put eyes, ears, nose, various hair and facial components all in their own layers, but how do I import it in such a way that I can use it as a 360 head?  I know you can take existing characters and replace every component piece by piece, but surely there must be a way to start from scratch is there not?  Sorry if this has been answered already, I tried a search in the forum and was swamped with a million 360 head posts that were not related to what I am trying to do, and gave up after about page 8.

Thanks in advance for any help that is offered!

First, you have to have the Pipeline version to create it.
Only Pipeline version allows the import of PSD file.

I do have the Pipeline version, so that's no problem.  Thanks for the link, I'll check it out.

Once you are familiar with the PSD grouping structure required, you can of course create your characters from scratch.

However if you are new to the PSD import/export pipeline then you will be better learning using an existing character. You can send the character to your image editor and then just replace the sprites with your own sprites. This way the PSD grouping will be already setup for you which will reduce the chances of errors occurring.

I would also take a look at the CTA4 tutorials playlist below. There you will find numerous 360 head creation tutorials which should help get you started.
