I'm Iclone 7 user, I'm interested to try Unreal Engine and his render, I saw it's possible to send to Unreal character, props, and complete scene, but nothing about the Popvideo3 in Billboard, somebody knows if it's possible?

I do not know about 'Popvideo 3', but you can have a billboard with playing videos/media/html inside of Unreal Engine.
