Please help! I am brand new...purchased CTA4 about ten days ago and of course one of the first things I am trying to learn is replacing a G3 character head with a morph based head. I get through the process fine until the head goes to the body. At first it was just popping in anywhere and though i could move it I could not attach it. I then started clicking on the neck bone to turn it blue before I started creating the head, then the head would pop in at the neck but rotate from the center. After about two days of trial and error and searching out Youtube videos and training videos, I double clicked on the head which brought up the sprite editor. I was able to move the head into position with a tiny green node (pivot point?) following it and somehow got the node on the neck with the head in position where it will now swing from the neck. So now I can do that much although I know I'm not doing it right. Mainly because I discovered that even though I can now get the head to pivot on the neck, the head bone and head nub will not attach to the head. I tried removing the head bone and then adding a new bone from the neck to the top of the head but the head bone and the head itself still swing free of each other.
The answer is probably very obvious and I am frustrated that I can't figure it out myself But I would greatly appreciate any help anyone could give me.

In Composer Mode, save the morphed head first.
Then, delete the one on the character.
Next, choose the Head bone.
Find the morphed head that has been saved earlier and double-clicked.
It will attach to the Head bone,

Thanks for your response and for trying to help. I don't see an option for saving the morph head. After I create the head in composer mode and hit "next" it pops right over to the body. From here I can save the character but I don't see how to save the head alone. Also, when starting to replace heads, I get the message that a character can only have one head, would I like to remove the existing head, so that head is already gone when the morph head pops in so nothing to delete.

Ok I did it! so freaking easy and it took me days. When the morph head pops in it's too large and that was throwing me off when resizing it. Before I do anything else I resize the head ( which is attached to head bone because I highlighted it blue before head creation) but the head is still too low and needs to be moved up. When moving it up that little green pivot point? follows it and I had no idea that I could move that individually till I just tried it. So with the head in position I go into transform bone and move the neck and head bones down a bit. Then back in composer, I click on that TINY green node/pivot point and drag it to the bottom of the head bone and bingo! Still don't know if it's the correct process but head and neck are both connected and rotate the way they should. Now, just wondering if this head attachment process is explained in detail anywhere because I sure didn't find it in the manual or any videos.
