So, one thing I have come across is trying to get curly hair working with weight maps. Right now the curl just falls out (weighted down) once you hit play and the weight maps take effect. Is there a way around this? I have seen other hair on the marketplace and it seems like the curl stays in the video. For example, the beach wave on the swam hair. If anyone can let me know that would be great! Thanks!

Whenever I have this problem I just adjust the weight map by turning down the brightness -- you can even just turn it down -1 and that seems to fix things (in the Image Adjust settings).

I tried making the white less white but then it just doesn't really have any motion then. No matter what, the curls fall out.

I am not sure how curly the hair is, but generally small long curls are behaving more like a spring. They are stiff at the bottom and more loose closer to the center-top. So I would try a reversed smooth gradient. Darker part at the bottom and gray at the top. But at the very top is still black of course. So the strands behave like a spring. I never tried that, but imagine it might work.

I have tried so many ways. That method makes the middle section fall onto the bottom and it looks strange. Hard to explain, maybe i can get pictures tomorrow
