Well, you could use Faceware -- a bit more expensive than buying an iPhone, but then you could use your webcam. Or you could get a used iPhone XR -- might be by far the cheapest way to go (you don't need service with it).

Any iPhone with the TrueDepth camera (and facial ID) works -- so the XR definitely should. And, yes, you don't need service -- just need to connect either via wi-fi or via ethernet to download the software and run it. (I speak from a hypothetical situation -- I've never had such a phone without service so I can only assume it's possible. RL would know for absolute sure). You need both Motion Live AND the Live Face plugin (as well as the free app on the iPhone).

Hello everyone, Thanks all, because i didn't know before that...we can't use it without live face plugin ? Just with the iphone app ? And if so, is that the good buddle to create character, animate it with iphone & facial animations and export it to Unreal Engine 4 ? : Thanks a lot for help !

That would be a nice bundle -- it also includes CC3 Pipeline so if you have Daz stuff you'd like to bring in it's particularly beneficial. However -- I don't know nothing about Unreal, so perhaps others here can comment on if there is anything else you'd need/want.

There are differences, to be sure. They both do much the same thing, but they do it in different ways. If you're asking just a very broad question "which is better?" I can only tell you that I own both and I use Live Face exclusively (up until recently I didn't even have Faceware installed on my newest computer). The main advantage Faceware had was the ability to use video instead of a live camera feed, but now we know that even LiveFace works with that so it's no longer an advantage. To me the biggest issue with Faceware is you have to be much more careful with lighting and things like glasses (I can't capture with my glasses on using Faceware -- Live Face has no issues with this. I can also almost capture in the dark -- just the light from my monitor. Faceware needs very broad, even lighting that is hard to get in my computer room). Also - and this is an opinion and not quantitative -- I think Live Face does a better job capturing. Some folks might feel differently, though. The price up until recently was about a wash if you didn't have an iPhone/iPad Pro -- Faceware is/was around $1300 total, and the iPhone/Live Face software came close to that (a bit cheaper but in the ballpark). That changed with the XR phone and, of course, a used phone can get that even cheaper (I haven't looked recently but I *think* you can put together a package for close to half the cost of Faceware -- could be mistaken, though). I already had an iPhone so the cost of the software (which was cheap) wasn't a factor for me to at least try it. And I'm glad I did.
