I sincerely hope that everyone in the community is healthy & safe. I have been n home isolation for over 3 weeks at the advice of my physician because my immune system is compromised & to prevent my contracting COVID-19.  It is very difficult to maintain "social distancing", but it is something we all must practice to try to stop the spread of this virus.
I find I am praying more (as well as washing my hands a lot more), & I spend some time singing to myself.
I thought I would share this...  it is a prayer I offer up daily on behalf of my country, my nation & all of its inhabitants.

So sorry about your situation (my own wife has diabetes AND two auto-immune diseases, and as an elder is is definitely at risk).  And thanks for giving us this.

(But do make sure you get exercise somehow -- more than self-isolation for seniors we desperately need at least 30 minutes of exercise at least 4 times a week.  This is FAR more important than anything else we can do for our health).

I will add both you & your wife to my daily prayers!  Before the pandemic, I used to go to aquatic aerobics 4 times a week - I have MS, so walking & traditional exercise are not a possibility for me. I have been using some small weights and doing some arm work while in my home....  and I spend time in my garden weeding & pruning...  You are so right - exercise is a must to maintain what mobility I have left (I am also a senior & a disabled veteran of the USWAC).  To keep "sane" during this isolation, I call & Skype with family & friends, sing uplifting songs & "play" with stuff in iClone & CC....
I pray for our nation, the world & all of its inhabitants that the social distancing & isolation will help curb the spread of this virus, that the death toll doesn't rise & that every person has a positive they can hold on to in these times of stress.
As a famous character once said, "God bless us, everyone"
