These errors come up every time I close the UE Editor.  It only happens when the LiveLink is enabled and the files are copied to the project.  Doesn't happen on a new project unless I set it up for iClone Unreal LiveLink.  I have attached both error reports.  It also won't pass validation check either.
I have started projects without any reallusion plugins and they pass and no errors.  When I enable and copy the files to the project folder, then I get the errors on every project.  My understanding of what I read about coping the files  was that you go to Programs\Reallusion\Shared Plugins\Auto Setup\Unreal\UE 4.24\ copy the content and plugins folder to the root of the project folder.  If this is something I am doing incorrectly please let me know.
Once I have copied I closed and restarted the Epic Service and relaunched project.  I see Both icons at the top of the Editor.  I save everything and then as soon as I Cook Content for Windows I get the error.  If I don't cook content for Windows I still get the error but UE told me I had to cook content.  When I did they told me to contact you because the error is directly related to your plugin.  As stated in the error report.
Brand new project just added LiveLink I get this when I close project or when I cook content.

Hi Saga, do you use the latest AutoSetup version, which is 1.03 for 4.24? https://manual.reallusion.com/CC_and_IC_Auto_Setup_Plugin/ENU/CC_and_iC_Auto_Setup/1.0/02_for_Unreal/Installing_CC_Auto_Setup_to_Unreal_v4.htm

..as soon as I Cook Content for Windows I get the error.

Do you have the Project packaging feature Nativization of Blueprints set to disabled, or to excluded?
Do not cook the project with the LiveLink enabled, you can delink from within the iClone LiveLink panel.

To answer which version of the plugin I am using it is the current 1.03 version stated.
To answer the other question.  Nativation was set to disabled (I guess this is the default setting because I hadn't changed it.)  This also takes care of the last question because it being set to disabled.  Should these settings be changed?

Your settings are okay. I've reported this issue for now.

The only fix for cooking, I can give you at the moment is to disable the LiveLink plugin.

Disabling the plugin gets rid of the error requiring the Cook Content and the other other issues from the Cook.  There are warnings but it doesn't fail or kick out any errors.
Also, something I have noticed but I am working around is that if you bring in multiple items that you have put together in a seen or attached items it strips off the materials.  For example, if using the Walls and Towers kit in iClone and I ad pieces like a door, steps and balcony.  When I export it, it comes in completely white.  The materials are there but they are white as well.  When you drop them in the scene they stay white.  You can't apply materials to them either, they just stay white.  If I bring them in piece by piece and assemble them in UE 4.24 they come in fine.

Thanks for your help with this, I really appreciate it.

Hi Saga,

This is a bug, the next version of iclone live link plugin will solve this problem.

Now you need to disable the iclone livelink plug-in for cooking content to succeed.

Thank you for reporting this issue.
