I purchased the Cartoon Animator 4 software and when I went on the SmartGallery page, there is no download for Cartoon Animator, where I could find it?

Hi Franck... Smart Gallery isn't available for Cartoon Animator yet but is scheduled to arrive later in the year.

This has lots of promise but it makes a false claim in being able to be used offline. even if you disconnect following RL procedure by logging out of HUB which I don't use anyway. When you go to the gallery it wont work unless you log back in to allow remote connection to RL servers. So you cant use SG unless you are online and allow a remote connection. This also raises the issue of privacy and security as its function provides tracking of users every time by making a connection to (" check for updates") every time they open up iclone or CC3. This is the same thinking that has people so anti WIN10 it's so called tracking apps.

Thank you for telling us your concern.
The coming Smart Gallery v1.1 will provide the offline mode.
In this mode, Smart Gallery will not automatically sync to the server till you agree on it.
And once your content downloads to local you can keep to use it in this mode.

Smart Gallery is so much cleaner and easier to use, especially with all our linked packs for CC3 and iClone. Thanks for all the hard work on that.

Please download again." Hello, We found some of the very old content has this issue. You need to remove it and redownload it via the hotfix version. Sorry for the inconvenience. How to update: - Make sure your iClone/CC is the latest version ( v7.73/CC3.22) and installed the Smart Gallery plug-in
- Confirm that iClone/CC is not running before the update.
- Uncompress the "SG_1.0_Repacker_Update.zip" to local
- Double click the below files to update
- \CC\Hotfix.bat
- \IC\Hotfix.bat
- Open the program
- Uninstall and reinstall the content which has the issue.

There seems to be a problem with the download. I chose the items. I checked the boxes (they're not checked in the screenshot, but they were when I attempted to download). I clicked "smart gallery download", nothing. I clicked "go" a the bottom. It redirected me to "smart gallery download". I clicked again. Nothing. I checked both "content" and "smart gallery", not there. Did a search in both. Couldn't find them. Finally clicked the download arrow next to each, downloaded manually. I notice in the images on page one, there is a section for "trials". Today I wanted to do a trial download and it gave me the option of doing it in smart gallery ... only I don't have a trial download section and have no idea how to enable it.Trial content is downloaded and installed the same way as purchased content. The items are stored in their respective folders, e.g. Character, Prop etc., when Trial content is loaded in a Project there is a Watermark over the Scene window and the item is tagged as "Trial" in the Smart Gallery and the Scene Manager. The Smart Gallery can list all Trial content that a user has downloaded in a single panel making it easier to find and then either purchase or delete as required.

Hi, For now, to test any Animation/motion in CAT 4.1's gallery, we have to apply it on a character first, and if we don't like then will redo. I suggest to make the images that represent motions as GIF to show a preview of the motions, instead if using static images. That will save us a huge time a mount of time.
