How does anyone get to use this product when you can't even install the content you've bought?
looked high and low on this website and not one mention of how you install a product, have clicked the content over 10 times after having had to find a program to open it, which then opens iClone7, I want to use iClone Exchange too but that does not load the file I downloaded?

When you click a link to download your content such as in your Reallusion Account > Order History page, you will be able to Open or Save a file called Installcontent.rlcontent to your computer. Once saved just double click the file to open the Content Downloader and begin the installation process. The content will then be automatically installed in the correct folders.

Hello I'have a question. I I would like to use in CC Pipeline an item from content shop that can be open only in iclone. How to transfer an item from Iclone to CC? Do I have to buy Iclone to this? Do I need to buy also Exchange? Is there any other way?

What is the content you want to use in Character Creator? Please post a link to the product page as some older content can only be used in iClone and is not compatible with Character Creator.

Thanks for the supplying the link.

This content is compatible with Character Creator. All you need to do is select the character in iClone 7 and then click the "Edit in Character Creator" button on the Modify Panel. Once opened in Character Creator you can then save the complete character there or save the clothing to use with other characters.
