Cartoon Animator runs internally at 30fps and this can't be changed. However you can change the frame rate when rendering to video (depending on the video format).

For example, in the Windows version AVI export or Sequence Image export can be adjusted to any frame rate up to 30fps. So if you need a Pal frame rate of 25fps you can do so. Just select Render > Render Video from the Menu Bar to find these options.

Is there a way to change the frame rate for an animation. It appears that 30 frames of 1 second is the default in the Project settings window. I am looking to modify that. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
