Hi everyone,

I've looked everywhere before finally posting here to hopefully get some answers, so appearance editor is grayed out and according to some posts I need to use CC1 base character however no matter what I try nothing worked.
In the image below I tried using this CC1 base and nothing, I tried applying all available skins but no matter what I try it stays grayed out. 
Please help, thank you.
