Vroid Studio is this awesome free Anime character generator that happens to have an amazing hair builder in it. Here's how to use Vroid Studio hair in CC3.



At one point I mention a cross section setting that needs to be empty. Set the cross section to "unfilled Triangle" or "Flat". Otherwise you'll get some pesky little end caps that I forgot to take care of in the video.
