The issue I have is the same as the following official tutorial shows.

The hair and the eye slash not rendering correct.
The character looks pretty good in CC3.

But it looks not well when I export it as FBX and then import to Blender.

I follow what the video tells me to do but the model still not look well.
I want to know what causes this strange looking happen?

I realize this post was from three months ago. The reason the hair and eyelashes don't render correctly is because you must activate transparency for the materials in Eevee or adjust the material itself to use transparency.

Eevee material settings. Look at the "Blend Mode" and "Shadow Mode" settings.
