You don't mention which software that you are looking to get a manual for, however downloadable manuals are available for iClone and Character Creator from your user account. Log in to your account and click on "Download" for the product on the Registration page. Under "Bonus" for the product just select the Manual zip file to download.
I've no idea regarding the 2D product line as I don't own any of them, but I would suspect that manuals would also be available for download from a user account.
