I like captioning videos because English is not my native language. I stop the video where I need it and read the interpretation in a larger context. I have no problem if I know something about the course, but thanks to Reallusion now I have a large package of video tutorials from Mark Diaz, so I was looking for some good software that can automatically make subtitles. I found this one named "Vrew".Vrew is a free video editing program utilizing artificial intelligence technology. It uses voice recognition, can subtitles in English, Japanese and Korean and can choose different font sizes. I don't know the comparison with other programs, but I tried it on my package and I'm happy with it. Maybe it will help someone else :)
