Sure ,everything in series but for neck or head I would use an easy "spring controller" , I've used it in the first BP Video with the spring head , it works the same way like the IClone spring. You also can use the dynamics but spring is much easier.
Important is the sequence...from head to feet....so the first spring has to be the head , next one is the neck...spline...a.s.o.  :-)
 So you give every bone you want to manipulate an own spring controller ... (und verkettest alles in Reihe) :P
