Those vids are hilarious guys! Great work as usual.
So I have another 48Hr film festival coming up next week. Really trying to optimize workflow to use Unreal instead of the native render. One thing Iβm wondering if anyone has tried. If you use Livelink for cameras itβs sorta hit and miss, sometimes the setting donβt quite translate and the subject is zooomed in or out of frame or moved off center.
I wasnβt going to have enough time to import and edit cameras on a project so I came up with a little timesaver. Iβd already set all my camera movements and cuts by using the switcher. So I kept my camera on switcher and recorded the active editor camera via Livelink. Saved me a bunch of time and what I saw on the screen in Unreal/iclone is what I got in Unreal. Huge timesaver since all my editing was already done.
The only problem was when doing this, in Unreal whenever I have a camera cut, I get a little camera wiggle in Unreal. Iβm not sure what the driver is, but any camera cut is activating some sort of motion in Unreal. Wasnβt sure if any of the gurus knew what it might be (maybe some aggressive action in motion blur??) and a way to stop it? Sorry for the long post, but I figured the more details the better, and yeah Iβm long winded too. :) Thanks in advance!
