Wonderful news. I've just downloaded the pack and can't wait to see what can be done with it.

I don't know if I'm alone on this, but I purchased the "AgeGen Mega Pack" for a price that seems to me quite high, and I'm very confused about the other packs, the "Substance pack" and the "Morph pack". We are told they are included, but are they really? If they are, why are they sold separately?

It is not unusual for items form a pack to be sold separately as the will still be useful on their own. Some may not be interested in the full pack. As to the price, imagine the enormous amount of work that goes into developing a pack like this.

AgeGen IS the Substance pack and Morph pack. And the price set for it was based on the number of hours put into it's development, and also the cost of several tools purchased to enable the development. The bonus packages do not have any bearing on the price set for AgeGen... They are bonuses... free when AgeGen is purchased, and may be removed from future purchases of the package.
The bonus packs are sold separately for people who don't use CC3 or wish to purchase the avatar packs without having to buy the full pack. It is a usual business practice for the launch of some products to have incentives such as bonuses.
I meant to add, purchasers of AgeGen will get free updates and a free copy of AgeGen for CC3 avatars when it is released... at the moment AgeGen will only work on CC1/2 Avatars.
As for where are they... The substance pack will be installed into (typically... as per the manual which can be downloaded from the pack sale site) C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Template\Character Creator 3 Template\AvatarPreset\AgeGen) or to where-ever CC3 templates are installed.
The morphs are included in the package and are installed in CC3. Typically: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Template\CharacterCreator 3 Template\AvatarControl\AgeGen
The manual explains how to access both the substance and the morphs.
I thank you for your purchase and if you have any questions please private message me.

Thanks LarryJHi LarryJ I'm presuming this is for the substance. I downloaded it from the marketplace and it installed into C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Template\Character Creator 3 Template\AvatarPreset\AgeGen. The substance has .sbsar extension. Try downloading again. If that doesn't work PM me. Thanks Bob.

I think I'm making progress. That "AgeGen Mega Pack" will be a nice addition to my set of tools. The image on the left was made with the "Age Gen Mega Pack"; the one on the right was made using the usual CC tools.

Cool... As I'm still on IC 7.3 and CC 3.03, the product page states required are IC 7.4 and CC 3.00... What limitations would that mean in my case? Thanx

I have changed the requirement for the packs to be iClone 7.0 and CC 3.00, however some items may still be at iClone 7.4. The pack was created on the latest version of iClone and CC, but still. I think should run on the earlier versions 7 of iClone and CC. I'm not aware of any limitations of version requirements, but in the uploading by RLCntuploader it is possible that the items are version stamped. Bob
