Presenting a color animation of Fireball XL5, Part 2 of Episode 4 Entitled “The Doomed Planet”. Created by Gerry & Sylvia Anderson, the show was produced by AP Films and distributed by ITC Entertainment. The black & white UK children’s series used marionettes for all its characters and appeared on US television from 1963-1965 on NBC. Animated with iClone 7, the voices, sound effects and music are from the original TV broadcast. There are some slight alterations for creative license. For ages 12 and younger or anyone who is young at heart. I hope you enjoy. At the end of the episode is a special preview of “Bad Gladiator” produced Active Tone Creations. That is our own Tony Mowday or TopOneTone.

Another goodie Walt, I especially like all the 60’s style control panels & technology and the rocket take-off sequence. Thanks for the plug for “Bad Gladiator” hope to have a re-edit up soon. Cheers, Tony

Such fun!!! It was always the amazing miniature visual effects that drew me to these shows as a kid. Then a few years ago I learned that the great visual effects man Derek Meddings worked on most of these for Anderson. Derek, of course, went on the do so much great work on the James Bond films I believe "Golden Eye" was his last. :)

Hello Walt, I admire your diligence. As always great animation cinema. You should have your own series. The original is nothing to your work.

Very nice Walt, the huge amount of work was again worth the effort! I can imagine it's not always easy to go with the line of the original... Looking forward for more ;)
