That is a limitation on the AE,  you would need to bake your current shirt, shirt textures and then inside the AE you can select those as input maps and then you can add 3 more decals if my memory serves me well, another way would be to export as it is to iclone and use decal tool from substance super tools the send the character back to cc3 and save the shirt, keep in mind you should keep a back up the shirt or project before doing any of these

I am trying to bake the t-shirt and it doesn't bake it all.
I don't know what I am doing wrong. I press button bake it. Any suggestion

You don't need to bake it.  Just go back up to the texture level and save it as a texture.  Then start with a new shirt and load this texture in as a base.

Sorry should have been alittle more specific, what i meant by baking was to unload the AE so textures are baked into image maps. Luckily kelley came to the rescue
