today the hub offers me an update.
- I clicked yes
- a system window opens and asks if I want to allow changes to the system.
- I clicked yes.
- the window closes and then nothing happens. (no update)
- Since 2 days I switched to the 1903 version of windows.

EDIT : 
I uninstalled, downloaded and reinstalled the new version.
Everything is ok now.
