So When I export to fbx I am losing alot of quality in mesh and in color is there a way to increase quality in everything (clothing, skin). I am also not seeing eyebrows and eyelashes. Before:  After:

The quality you see depends in part on the capabilities of the target system and its shaders. Does the target system have PBR shaders? The issues with the hair and the eye lashes tell me that you are missing opacity maps for those or that they are ignored.

I can use pbr shaders but Idk know how yet, and yes when imported into the program there is nothing, like there mesh doesn't even exist. and for some reason my pc goes on the fritz and gives me driver errors causing me to have to restart the pc.

From the SS it looks like you need to apply alpha channels as well as the PBR setup same as CC3. As long as you export with out embedded textures all the files should be avaliable in the exported folder with the FBX for you to reapply them in a real time engine. What is your target platform?

I think i had embeded textures so i will have to test without. And its for pc so im using unity.

I Use UE4 but Using the maps works well but I do use Substance Materials in engine but I have tested with the exported materials. If your setup is PBR in Unity make sure that you convert all materials to PBR First.
