I was also wondering about if I would be able to use or eventually use Python to input visemes in a track for me. Someone helped me with transcribing speech to text with timestamps to the millisecond. I was thinking of mapping the words to visemes, and then see if I could get that onto a track in the timeline? Is this possible? or is that anything is possible? ;)

Search the forum and Papagayo. Kellytoons was kind enough to start a script based on Papago to improve vismes. Ani improved on the script as well. It’s off to a great start.
