I would provably do it something like this...
pre-record your own body movements. Make an interactive movie in Flash that listens for keyboard shortcuts to switch to different animation cycles based on pressed key. You can embbed the flash movie on an html page with a green background that you can remove. Import into obs as html object.
Or export as individual movie files that you can trigger, loading and unloading using either keyboard shortcuts or signals from a Streamdeck. In terms of the head, just overlay the head on top of the body movies so you get a composite of the live face and the prerecorded body cycles.
Or... I could provably skip CTA all together for the body and just make a puppet in flash that you can rig to be animatable via Joystick. And just control the damn thing live. Use a combination of the two, flash body with CTA head.

I been asking RL for years to implement some kind of listener system that will trigger on keyboard command or joystick control. The characters already have a an action menu that stores predefined actions. It really wouldn't be all that difficult to just enable a live mode that listeners for commands. (its a subset of calibration mode in character composer, or preview mode in all the puppeteer panels) so its really already there under the hood.
Heck just puppeteering via joystick would be amazing. Like the
puppeteering system in the game Little Big Planet.
