Thank you for supplying a video. This makes it easier to understand what the problem is. :)

The reason your thumbnails in Crazytalk 8 show "Get it" is because you have not yet installed the Resource Pack and Bonus Pack. 

From your video, it looks like you have downloaded both these packs so all you need to do is double click each file to install them. They can normally be found in your Downloads folder by default so just use your Windows File Explorer to go to your Downloads folder and install both these packs. You will then have all the embedded content that comes with CT8 available.

 Note: You do not need the Reallusion Hub to do this part. You also don't need to install Character Creator 3. That is a companion product for iClone 7 and is not required for CrazyTalk 8.

If you need to download CrazyTalk 8 again you can do so from your Reallusion Account > Registration page (click the link below). On the Registration page, you will see the Download link for CrazyTalk 8.

Hi Where are instructions again to upload theCT8  software. I am uninstalling from computer onto another that now has 8 gb in it.

Hi thanks for the help.

I am still inquiring. After I purchase product how long do i have to download. I downloaded crazy talk8  to one computer. I need to buy another computer since my main computer the processor dying so I need to wait but could be a while before I get another computer so that I can have a copy on that.  Will I still have access to my purchase and the same things goes to that I want to buy another product on sale but I don;t have enough memory on my laptop and have to wait till get new computer so how long once purchase item do I have access to it. Thanks.

Once you purchase software from us it will be registered into your Reallusion account. It can then be downloaded at any time from the Reallusion Hub or from your Account Registration page.
