Open the Preferences Tab - Ctrl+P - and make sure that "Info" is checked. You can also set the Height values to Feet or Centimetres.

Just took a look and its there in 3.22. As Wires stated, hit ctrl P and scroll down a bit. Ctrl F is the hotkey cmmd.
