Projection Painting on CC3 Base character

I am new to CC3.
I have created a character in CC3, exported via GOZ to ZBrush to make the look I want and finally I want to paint my textures in Mudbox with projection painting.
My problem is that the CC3 Base character has many materials and in Mudbox the uvs of each body part are overlapping with each other. That results in when I am painting on the face, the texture also appears on various other parts, like hands, torso and more, which I cannot erase, because then the face gets erased as well,
How can I solve this? I don't want to convert my character to game base... 

Any ideas?
