Crazy Talk 8 has support for importing iAvatar files from iClone.
However, when  I try this it give me an error indicating that the "This file is not supported by CrazyTalk. Please try another file."
Any suggestions on how my clients can get my iClone characters into Crazy Talk?

The problem seems to be that CT8 has not been updated to accept newer IC7/CC characters. I could import Christian, but that's a CC1 version..

I assume that this feature isn't used often, so the problem did not surface before.

As animagic has explained, Crazytalk 8 is not compatible with CC3 characters. You can only use the older CC1 characters.
