while reopening the project, file failed to load massage popping up, and project not working.

Sorry to hear you are having problems opening your project.

Please do ensure you are using the latest version which is 3.31. If you are not using the latest version you can update using the Reallusion Hub or by going to Help > Check For Update in CTA3. You should also shut down your computer and restart then try to open the project again in case it is a temporary issue.

If you continue to have problems, please feel free to send me a private message with a download link for the project and we will take a look to see what the problem is.
