How does rigging work from Blender to CC3?

I'm working on a pair of fairy wings for a character I'm creating in CC3.  While I've had experience with Blender, the iClone/CC3 side of things is new to me.  In Blender, I'd define the bones for the wings, then weight the mesh to them.  Would I be right in thinking that I need to export this as an FBX from Blender, then somehow import it via 3DXchange into CC3?  I've not had much luck finding tutorials for this, so any guidance or pointers to tutorials would be appreciated.
