I own CC3 and recently have created some male chracter. I’d like to import it to Blender as .FBX file, do some final customization and then export it as .stl to 3D Print it. First problem: I export from CC3 with custom “MotionPlus” so face expression and Pose should export with it. And it kind of does the job, but only the overall body pose and mouth pose exports right, not the case with eyebrows and eyes. The face expression is overall very ugly in the Blender vs. Chracter Creator. Next problem: “Displacement” map applied in the CC for eyebrows and facial hair creates a rough surface, but it does not transfer to Blender. The mesh in CC is rough, in Blender it’s smooth. See images below to understand me better. Now, if we let the actual problems aside, I’d like some tips… I’ll be 3D printing the Character, so I only care about the visible parts, not the inside of it. I have deleted some parts of hands, legs and chest because they were poppin’ from the suit and it was the easiest way to do it. Since I don’t have any practical experience with a 3D printer I need a help with this. (The printer is already on it’s way, just preparing the models…) I guess I’ll need to somehow close this hole in the pants and then fix this hole inside of the jacket… Am I right? What is the easiest way to do it? What about the hair? I think this random shapes aren’t really good for printing, so I’ll need to delete them? Just basically go to the edit mode, select them with “C” and delete the Verticles? Hope that’s all, thanks for any help, tips… Sorry for the lenght of this and that it’s not only CC focused post, but I trust there’s someone who’ll be able to help me with all this. Have a nice day!
PS: As I can clearly see now on the pictures, even the face shape is f*cked. Maybe blender isn’t the right software to do all this afterall. If you think so too, can you recommend me something that would fit my requierements more and won’t mess up the quality that much? Thanks.

The 3D printer should have software that helps "prepare" the file for printing. It should optimize it for thickness and stuff. You probably want a hollow model so you don't use up all your filament. You should be able to specify how thick (strong) you want the walls to be. Similarly, for any "surface" items, like a sleeve, or a cape, it will need to have some thickness applied.
Also the 3D printer software should help with adding support structures as-needed. For example, a person standing with his arms to the side will have fingertips that are not resting on anything, so their needs to be a scaffold for them becaue you cannot print a fingertip in mid-air.
Good luck.
