While what I brought is NOT on the machine I want it to be I have both Crazy Talk 8 and Chraracter Creator 3 on this rig
I have tried making a face model of Senua from Hellblade from images I managed to collect and she's looking not bad, I desided
I'd try export to CC3 and got an error:





Not sure if this is a bug or a maistake in installing/setting up

CT8 would have to be updated to "see" CC3 and that hasn't happened yet. For now, just save the RL head and then drag/drop it on the character in CC3.

Also, RLHeads are not yet compatible with CC3 characters, so for now you can only apply them to a CC1 character in CC, after which you can convert to a CC3 character.

Just another nail in the coffen. This whole experence goes from bad to worse. I can't install it on my 6800k windows 8.1 for some reason, (still working on that ticket) it just stops all process's, shuts down the install,I cant import my own models, get no profile errors, (I'm guessing I have to export a CC3 charater and fit/skin everything to that) so Daz stuff is all I can import BUT that does NOT import the character features, So I brought CT8, to get the character features from my Daz characters, now I find I can't import face's from Crazy talk unless I have their older versions. Sadly I'm beginning to regret the money I spent. Seems at this point in time CC3 is almost useless to people who only have CC3.  With CC3 CT8 and face filter I should be able to create any character I need but no the interaction between them and import limits prevents that

Cant export head as obj's either very very limiting

As Animagic already mentioned, all you need to do is export from CT8 Pipeline to an .RLHead (the button is on the top toolbar). Then in Character Creator 3 load up a CC1 Base Character and drag the exported .RLHead onto your CC1 Base Character. Once you have applied the head you can then convert the CC1 character to a CC3 character. That's all you need to do.

I don't own CC1,  Ok found out the CC1 body in the content works, thanks sorry for missunderstanding
