Hi,
I'm using Blender only as a platform for final editing and rendering of my 3D models from CC3. I'm new to all this and need an advice. So I've already get a bit familiar with Blender, found out how to move around, zoom in and out and already deleted some unwanted mesh, but now I've come to the point where I think I'm maybe not doing this right. I've exported the .FBX file from CC3 and would like to do some final editing, but this wierd stuff appeared on the eyes and I'm trying to delete it. The way I've done things like this so far was to go to Edit Mode, Pressed C, Highlited unwanted Rectangles and deleted Verticles. I'm trying to do it with this problem too, but It's pretty messy and I always missclick and accidentally delete part of a face too. Is there any other, easier way how to do this? Maybe if I could only select the color and delete everything with it.. I don't know. I'll be gladful for any tips. Thanks a lot!https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/46df6316-4a7b-4b99-8f11-0dfc.png

Are you talking about the eyelashes?  If so, you can select them in the scene rollout and press "X" -- they will then get unparented and if you select and press "X" again they will disappear.

If you mean something else I don't quite know what you mean.

I see the problem now.. The eyelashes exports in this strange way, so I need to delete the mesh before exporting or now in Blender. But I'm able to only delete the material-texture of the mesh in the Blender not the actual mesh. What can I do abou it?

I have tried to slide the opacity of eyelashes in CC to 0, didn't work.

I'm out the door for tennis but you should be able to delete those eyelashes.  I'll check when I get back this evening (about four hours from now) and maybe even make a video if no one here does so sooner.

I'm attaching a screenshot of what I do see and have there. I would be totally lost without you, so thanks a lot. Hope we'll figure this out, enjoy your sport session!

To easily remove the eyelashes in Blender:

Import FBX.
Go into Edit mode. You can just press the tab key to enter edit mode.
hover your mouse mouse over the eyelash.
Press "L" (lowercase is fine) on your keyboard. This selects all connected mesh. The eyelashes are separate mesh, although included in the same model.
Press "Delete" and select faces from the menu that pops open.
