So, looking through the Daz Genesis morphs on Daz's site, most require an Interactive License which seems to range from $35 up. Is this necessary to export an FBX and use with Character Creator?

Nevertheless, I believe that the interactive license is required if you have the model (character or not) available to the end user (like for example a Game).

If you use the model just in renders or videos you should not need the interactive license.

If you are using them for stills or videos no! If you use them in a game engine for profit or sell content containing them yes!
