Hi, please whats going on? No response from repulsion till now. I am getting worried and feeling bad. Before you know it, it will be two weeks and they will be a response that I do not qualify for a money back. Now its still just four days and no response to me even when i resquested for a money back same day of purchase after the issue began so that I can get crazy talk animator.I have checked and find only one support ticket from you and that was about online verification issues. This ticket was replied to on the 2nd September (the same day you submitted it).
If you wish a refund then you need to send a new Support ticket following the instructions on the page below. Alternatively you can reply to the ticket you have already sent and let them know you wish a refund.
