Should i have purchased Crazy talk Animator and not crazytalk?

I just purchased crazy talk 8.1 standard, but i am getting worried if i have made a mistake. I needed to use it for full 2d animation. Now i am confused if Crazytalk is just limited to facial animation, while Crazytalk animator is for full 2d animation.

CrazyTalk 8 is for creating talking heads only. If you want full body 2D animation then CrazyTalk Animator 3 will certainly be the better choice.

Yes, I just purchased yesterday being 2nd, September 2018. That same yesterday I fill in a form for money refund so that I can purchase CrazyTalk animator or perhaps they can swap and give me CrazyTalk animator while I retur; CrazyTalk 8.0 coz I have not installed it yet. I have not heard from Reallusion after requesting for a refund so that I can get CrazyTalk animator. I have not also gotten an email neither. I am just stocked right now.

Hi, please whats going on? No response from repulsion till now. I am getting worried and feeling bad. Before you know it, it will be two weeks and they will be a response that I do not qualify for a money back. Now its still just four days and no response to me even when i resquested for a money back same day of purchase after the issue began so that I can get crazy talk animator.

I have checked and find only one support ticket from you and that was about online verification issues. This ticket was replied to on the 2nd September (the same day you submitted it).

If you wish a refund then you need to send a new Support ticket following the instructions on the page below. Alternatively you can reply to the ticket you have already sent and let them know you wish a refund.
