Customizing Props animation

Yes, take and time stretch/compress the motion clip to get any speed you want. This is true for any motion.
On the timeline:
1) Select the motion clip,
2) Press Alt-S (or click on the Speed button) to change to speed mode (rather than loop mode),
3) Go to the end (or beginning) of the clip and drag it shorter or longer.

I am wondering if there we can do customization of prop animation. For example, prop of Alarm Clock has moving second and minute hand animation. Can we customize/control movement like increase/decrease speed of that second and minute hand?
