I am trying to login to my original member account and I no longer have access to the email address associated with the account when I registered my products. It has been a while since I have used CrazyTalk. I would like to use it for a project I'm working on; however, when I click on forgot password it sends an email to change my password to this email address, which of course I can't access.
I installed CrazyTalk with my backup disk to my current laptop; however, when I try to export it asks me to register my copy and when I do, it tells me that the serial number has already been registered.
I have created a new account with my current email. How do I go about getting my old account information with products and serials number associated with my current email? I have contacted support last night, but there is a 2 to 3 business day response time. Does anyone know if there is something I can do on my end as
I do have an urgent need to use this software in a project I'm working on?
