Hi all .... Just wanting to ask if anyone is experiencing the same problem as I am: ● I load a character ● I 'right click' on it and go to 'move' ● I click 'walk forward'
These are my results - I don't understand why *some* will and others won't ..... (can you confirm these findings on your PC?) thnx..... :)

Please be patient with me ..... I don't always 'get it' the first time 'round - not even the 2nd time! :( - yikes! ... ● MSI GT72VR Laptop, i7 7700HQ 4-Core 3.8 GHz 16GB RAM; Nvidia 1070, 8GB Vram ● iClone-7.93 ● 3DXChange Pipeline 7.81 ● CC-3 Pipeline 3.44 ● Live Face ● HeadShot ● Brekel Pro-Body ● Popcorn FX ● iRAY ● Kinect V2 ● DaVinci Resolve17 ● Mixcraft 8.1

The move commands are part of the Persona, not specifically any character. You can load any Persona on any character. Some of the old ones no longer point to valid data files.
You might enjoy my "Walky McWalkface" Persona. It uses all the standard walks from the Motion Puppet, and will work with any character. Just drag-and-drop it onto your character, or put it in your Persona folder in the Content Manager.

Thanks Rampa! .... Yes, I found when loading *some* characters, that there was no 'move' option in the (right click character) 'drop-down'. That's when I loaded in some 'personas' and discovered the 'move' then became visible as an option - but wouldn't function because of not being linked to data files. (I navigated to the 'directory' mentioned in the long detailed error message - and the location simply didn't *exist*. (and was worrying if my installation was correct).
So, that's very good of you Rampa - offering that file you made ...... it will be nice to simply get *any* character to walk .... I'll go check it out now .... thanks! :)
Edit: Just checked it out - Great Package of 11 different walk *styles* - terrific !!! Thnx again Rampa! And I just wanted to add how much I personally appreciate all that you do on this forum Rampa - you're a "tireless" source of support over the years - from seeing some of the older posts. - And what I *really* like about you - is your ability to *think outside of the box* and come up with all sorts of amazing workarounds and solutions ..... So again - a big thanks .... :)

You may find that you need to alter the speed. These move commands work like game movement. There is a walk-in-place animation going on, and the character is translating to simulate walking. So different characters may need speeds changed.
The Persona file AML is human-readable. You can open it in a text editor and you will see the speed settings in the top section. Alter them to what you need. The Acceleration and Deceleration are best left alone because of how I set it up. Basically, you can have a start, middle, and end motion. But I opted to just use one motion in all three places. I think it ends up working better, for the most part.
The move command can be used by just clicking anywhere you want the character to walk, or by clicking on a path that the character will then walk to and follow. No attaching needed! :)
I chose not to have and "walk end" motion because it usually ends up wrong for whatever next motion you wish to add, and the character will stop exactly where you tell them to.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I have to say... As a relative newbie to the Reallusion ecosystem, my one big complaint about RL so far is that they seem to develop these great, unique features (e.g., personas, Motion Puppet, PopcornFX integration, etc.) only to abandon them later. If the move commands of personas that ship with iClone no longer work, they should either be fixed, or they shouldn't ship with iClone, imo.

Hi Rampa Funny enough I have just started a new project and have found your walk pack just what I needed. So thanks Rampa for your time producing these walks. Chris.
