Thank you for your message. We discovered earlier that "auto start/play" has failed. The reason is because browser security turns this feature off to ensure the user's web browsing experience.
Since this is a browser security adjustment, the CLA team will evaluate the browser security and the CLA viewing experience and decide whether the subsequent version will fix the "auto start/play" function or not.
