When you bring it in via XChange select the parts you want to smooth and go to the Modify Panel and choose in the Normals section "Autosmooth" with weld vertices selected and it will be fine.

Here's what it looks like (circled in green is the section to autosmooth, which will be active when you select some of the parts of the model):

Such a pity that Iclone 7 "SMOOTH" can not do that....IC7 does much of nothing to smooth. Why even have the option to smooth if it does not? Seems useless to me. | | | | | | | | |
Text-to-speech function is limited to 200 characters
MSI GE66 Raider, Intel 10th Gen, I7, SC Turbo to 5.3 GHZ, 240HZ, 64GB 3300 Ram, 2x 1TB M2 SSD Drives, NVIDIA GPU RTX 2070/8GB, 55" Sony 4K Monitor External data drives total 7 TB. and an AUDIO Studio Recording system.

Text-to-speech function is limited to 200 characters that's because realtime smooth is not for that type of smoothing
