I am wanting any opinions on how to get the best effects (not currently using PopcornFX) for blood splatter. I am hoping there are some experienced her that can give some real good pointers. I have looked at all the YouTube videos & not really found anything that suffices.

Here is a clip of what i have made using Blender Fracture Modifier but it's a little heavy on the resources & I really want to embed the motions, if I speed up the animation & add opacity I expect to be able to save all this in one file not have to add opacity fade every time i use the prop etc.

Here is a copy of the project also

I think something like this might be best handled in After Effects or Hitfilm instead of trying to do something iClone's not set up to do yet. From what you've got there, you have got a finished shot that you want to add blood to, but iClone doesn't have any liquid solutions yet, so options are limited. If you're just doing it for a split second of footage, my advice would be to save yourself the headache and see if there's a 2D solution you can apply in post.
